Sautéed Spinach with Lemon and Walnuts

Ingredients
- 5 oz Spinach
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 minced garlic clove and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
- Step 2: Add 5 oz packed spinach to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until wilted and reduced by half.
- Step 3: Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 lemon juice, 1/2 lemon zest, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper.
- Step 4: Serve immediately as a side dish while still warm.
