Sautéed Yellow Squash with Cherry Tomatoes and Fresh Thyme

- 200g yellow squash
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 15ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 5g fresh thyme leaves
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 15ml extra-virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 2: Add 200g sliced yellow squash and 100g halved cherry tomatoes, then cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until squash is tender and tomatoes begin to soften.
- Step 3: Stir in 5g fresh thyme leaves and 1 minced garlic clove, cook for 1 more minute until fragrant, then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste and serve hot.
