Scrambled Chive and Gruyere Eggs

- 4 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives
- 1/4 cup Gruyere cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Crack 4 large eggs into a bowl, add 2 tbsp milk, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Whisk until evenly blended and slightly frothy.
- Step 2: Melt 1 tbsp butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until bubbly.
- Step 3: Pour in egg mixture and gently stir with a silicone spatula, scraping the bottom to prevent sticking, until eggs are softly set and creamy (about 3-4 minutes).
- Step 4: Stir in 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives and 1/4 cup shredded Gruyere cheese, continuing to stir until cheese melts and eggs are fully cooked but still tender (about 1 minute more).
