- 4 bone-in, skin-on (about 1.5 pounds) chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh, chopped rosemary

Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 1.5 pounds) dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tablespoons avocado oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Place chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 5-6 minutes, until skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Step 3: Flip chicken thighs, add 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary to the skillet, and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), turning occasionally.
