Sear-Grilled Salmon with Dill

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each) dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Place salmon skin-side down in skillet and cook for 4 minutes until skin is crispy and golden.
- Step 3: Flip salmon and cook for 3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 125°F (52°C) for medium-rare.
- Step 4: While salmon cooks, mince 2 garlic cloves and chop 1 tbsp fresh dill. Whisk with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp lemon juice from 1 lemon.
- Step 5: Transfer salmon to plates, drizzle with lemon-dill sauce, and serve immediately.
