Instructions
- Step 1: Place 1 large head broccoli cut into 1-inch florets and 1 cup trimmed snow peas in a steamer basket over a pot of boiling water. Cover and steam for 5 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender, then transfer to a serving bowl.
