Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Toss cherry tomatoes, trimmed asparagus (cut into 2-inch pieces), and minced garlic cloves with 2 tbsp olive oil in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
