  2. Step 2: Arrange 12 oz asparagus and 1 cup cherry tomatoes around the salmon. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tsp lemon zest and 1 minced garlic clove, and season with additional 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper.
  3. Step 3: Roast for 15-18 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, and vegetables are tender with slight browning on edges.
