- 1 oz Dry vermouth
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- 3 oz Soda water
- 1 Orange twist
Instructions
- Step 1: Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Step 2: Add 1.5 oz dry sherry, 1 oz dry vermouth, and 0.5 oz Aperol to a mixing glass filled with ice; stir gently for 20 seconds until cold and slightly diluted.
- Step 3: Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass and top with 3 oz soda water, stirring once to integrate.
- Step 4: Express the oils from an orange twist by twisting it over the drink until aromatic, then drop it into the glass.
