- 1 lb, peeled and deveined shrimp
- 2 cups, florets broccoli
- 3 tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tbsp, grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 2 tbsp avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Add 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbsp grated ginger, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add 1 lb shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque, then remove and set aside.
- Step 4: Add 2 cups broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Step 5: Return shrimp to skillet, then pour in 3 tbsp coconut aminos and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
- Step 6: Toss everything together for 1 minute until sauce thickens and coats ingredients, then serve immediately.
