- 2 cups, florets cauliflower
- 4 cloves, minced garlic

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place 2 cups cauliflower florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, and season with 1/2 teaspoon sea salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Step 2: Roast for 15 minutes until cauliflower edges begin to brown and soften slightly.
