Smoked Gouda and Herb Buttermilk Biscuits

  2. Step 2: Cut 4 tbsp cold butter into flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs, then fold in 1/2 cup shredded smoked Gouda and 2 tbsp chopped chives.
  3. Step 3: Stir in 1/2 cup buttermilk until a shaggy dough forms. Turn onto a floured surface and gently knead 3 times.
