Soy-Glazed Beef with Broccoli and Garlic

- 12 oz, thinly sliced against the grain flank steak
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp, grated fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves, minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Step 1: Whisk together 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, and 1 tsp grated ginger in a small bowl.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering. Add 12 oz sliced flank steak and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides, then transfer to a plate.
- Step 3: Add 2 cups broccoli florets and 4 minced garlic cloves to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until broccoli is bright green and slightly tender.
- Step 4: Return beef to skillet, add the soy sauce mixture, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and coats ingredients.
- Step 5: Stir in 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, then serve immediately over steamed rice.
