  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
  3. Step 3: Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for 30 seconds until aromatic. Add broccoli florets and cook for 4-5 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
