Sparkling Ginger-Apple Punch
A crisp and effervescent drink made with fresh apple juice and ginger, lightly sweetened and topped with sparkling water for a refreshing fizz.

Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh apple juice
- 2 tablespoons, peeled and grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups, chilled sparkling water
- as needed ice cubes

Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine 3 cups fresh apple juice, 2 tablespoons peeled and grated fresh ginger, and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse ginger.
- Step 2: Remove from heat, let cool for 10 minutes, then stir in 1/2 cup honey until dissolved. Let mixture cool to room temperature.
- Step 3: Transfer cooled mixture to a large pitcher, add 2 cups chilled sparkling water, and stir gently to combine.
- Step 4: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until chilled, then serve over ice with apple slices for garnish.
