Spiced Gingerbread Holiday Punch

Ingredients
- 4 cups apple cider
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 10 cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 cups cold water
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large saucepan, combine 4 cups apple cider, 2 cups orange juice, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 4 cinnamon sticks, 10 whole cloves, and 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger over medium heat; bring to a gentle simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar.
- Step 2: Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes to infuse spices.
- Step 3: Remove from heat, discard cinnamon sticks and cloves, and strain the mixture into a large pitcher.
- Step 4: Stir in 1 cup ginger ale and 4 cups cold water; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Step 5: Serve over ice, garnished with a cinnamon stick.
