Stir-Fried Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce

- 2 pounds Bok choy
- 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
Instructions
- Step 1: Trim bok choy stems and separate leaves. Rinse and pat dry. Thinly slice stems and separate leaves.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until smoking.
- Step 3: Add 2 cloves minced garlic and stir-fry for 15 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
- Step 4: Add sliced bok choy stems and stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly tender.
- Step 5: Add bok choy leaves, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, and 1/4 cup water. Toss constantly for 3-4 minutes until leaves are wilted and stems are crisp-tender.
