Stir-Fried Broccoli and Carrots with Sesame

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup, sliced carrots
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp, toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 2: Add 2 cups broccoli florets and 1 cup sliced carrots, stirring to coat in oil. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Step 3: Add 2 minced garlic cloves and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 4: Stir in 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp rice vinegar, and 1/2 tsp sesame oil. Cook for 1 more minute, tossing to coat vegetables evenly.
- Step 5: Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds.
