- 1.5 cups broccoli
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1/4 cup onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add 1/4 cup diced onion and cook for 2 minutes until softened, then add 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 2: Add 16 oz ground beef, breaking it into small pieces with a spoon, and cook for 5 minutes until browned and no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
- Step 3: Stir in 1.5 cups broccoli florets and 1 cup snap peas, then add 1/4 cup coconut aminos and 2 tbsp water. Cook for 4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp and sauce thickens slightly.
