Stir-Fried Tofu and Broccoli with Sesame Seeds

Ingredients
- 14 oz, pressed and cut into 1-inch cubes firm tofu
- 2 cups, florets broccoli
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tbsp, minced ginger
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp cornstarch, and 1/4 cup water to create the sauce.
- Step 2: Heat 1/4 cup vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 14 oz cubed tofu and cook for 5 minutes until golden on all sides, then remove and set aside.
- Step 3: Add 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 tbsp minced ginger to the skillet, stir-frying for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add 2 cups broccoli florets and stir-fry for 4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Step 4: Return tofu to skillet, pour in sauce mixture, and stir to coat. Cook for 2 minutes until sauce thickens and coats ingredients. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp sesame seeds and serve.
