Stir-Fried Tofu with Broccoli and Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
- 14 oz, extra firm, pressed and cubed tofu
- 1.5 cups, cut into florets broccoli
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tbsp, minced ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2, sliced green onions
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 14 oz cubed tofu and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown, then transfer to a plate.
- Step 2: Add 1 tbsp minced ginger and 2 minced garlic cloves to the skillet, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add 1.5 cups broccoli florets and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Step 4: Whisk together 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce and 1 tbsp cornstarch in a small bowl. Pour into the skillet, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and coats vegetables, about 2 minutes.
- Step 5: Return tofu to the skillet and stir to coat, cooking for 1 minute more.
- Step 6: Sprinkle with 2 sliced green onions and serve immediately.
