Stir-Fried Tofu with Broccoli and Teriyaki Sauce

  1. Step 1: Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 14 oz cubed tofu and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown, then transfer to a plate.
  2. Step 2: Add 1 tbsp minced ginger and 2 minced garlic cloves to the skillet, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Add 1.5 cups broccoli florets and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. Step 4: Whisk together 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce and 1 tbsp cornstarch in a small bowl. Pour into the skillet, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and coats vegetables, about 2 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Return tofu to the skillet and stir to coat, cooking for 1 minute more.
  6. Step 6: Sprinkle with 2 sliced green onions and serve immediately.
