- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup bell peppers
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 2: Add 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger and 2 minced garlic cloves, stir-frying for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add 1 cup broccoli florets, 1/2 cup sliced carrots, and 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers, stirring constantly for 5-6 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Step 4: In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch. Pour over vegetables and stir until sauce thickens and coats vegetables, about 1 minute.
