Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil Cheese Ring

- 1 sheet (17.3 oz) puff pastry
- 1/4 cup, drained and finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons, finely chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons, grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into a 10-inch circle using a round cutter.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, 2 tablespoons chopped basil, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, and 1 tablespoon olive oil until evenly combined.
- Step 3: Place the filling mixture in the center of the pastry circle, leaving a 1.5-inch border. Fold the border over the filling and crimp edges to seal, forming a ring.
- Step 4: Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Step 5: Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing to set the filling.
