- 1/2 cup, oil-packed, drained sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup, finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 cup, toasted walnuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: In a food processor, combine 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed, drained), 1/4 cup fresh rosemary (finely chopped), and 1/4 cup toasted walnuts.
- Step 2: Add 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp lemon juice, then season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper.
- Step 3: Process for 1-2 minutes until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Step 4: Transfer to a small bowl and let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes to meld flavors.
