  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat 4 salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Mix 1 tsp chipotle powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp olive oil in a small bowl.
  2. Step 2: Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of each salmon fillet. Place on a lined baking sheet, skin-side down, and top with 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill.
  3. Step 3: Bake for 12-14 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with lemon slices and extra dill before serving.
