Sweetened Mango Lassi

Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat plain yogurt
- 1 cup, peeled and diced ripe mango
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tbsp jaggery
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Step 1: Place 1 cup full-fat plain yogurt, 1 cup diced ripe mango, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 tsp ground cardamom, and 2 tbsp jaggery in a blender.
- Step 2: Blend on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 1 minute until completely smooth and frothy.
- Step 3: Add 4 ice cubes and blend for 15 seconds more until chilled and slightly frosted. Pour immediately into chilled glasses.
