  3. Step 3: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, then add salmon skin-side down; cook for 4 minutes until golden brown before flipping.
  4. Step 4: Brush half the citrus glaze over salmon, transfer skillet to a preheated 400°F oven, and bake for 8 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
