Ingredients
- 4 (6 ounces each) salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1, zested and juiced lemon
- 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh dill
- 2, minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon capers
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F). Pat salmon dry and rub with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Step 2: Combine 1 lemon zested and juiced, 2 tablespoons fresh dill, and 2 minced garlic cloves in a small bowl. Brush half the mixture over salmon.
- Step 3: Grill skin-side down for 5 minutes until crispy, flip, and cook 4 more minutes. Brush with remaining sauce, top with capers, and serve immediately.
