Ingredients
- 1 cup, cut into small florets broccoli
- 1/2 cup, thinly sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup, thinly sliced bell peppers
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon, grated fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, and 2 tablespoons water until smooth.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon grated ginger, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add 1 cup broccoli florets, 1/2 cup sliced carrots, and 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Step 4: Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for 2 minutes until sauce thickens and glazes the vegetables.
- Step 5: Serve immediately over steamed rice or noodles.
