Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces violet syrup
- 0.75 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 2 ounces dry sparkling wine
- 1 ounce sparkling water
- 3 edible violet flowers
Instructions
- Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 ounces violet syrup and 0.75 ounces fresh lemon juice. Add 3 to 4 ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until chilled.
- Step 2: Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
- Step 3: Top with 2 ounces dry sparkling wine and 1 ounce sparkling water. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with 3 edible violet flowers.
