Wave-Formed Zucchini Noodles

- 3 medium zucchini
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Trim 3 medium zucchini ends and spiralize into 1/8-inch noodles using a spiralizer, then pat dry with paper towels.
- Step 2: Zest 1 lemon, then juice 1/2 lemon into a small bowl, adding 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill and 1 clove minced garlic.
- Step 3: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add zucchini noodles, and cook for 3 minutes until tender but still firm, tossing frequently.
- Step 4: Stir in lemon zest, juice, 1/4 tsp sea salt, and 2 tbsp dill, cooking for 1 minute until the sauce emulsifies and coats the noodles.
- Step 5: Remove from heat immediately; serve as a warm side or main dish.
