Instructions
- Step 1: In a blender, combine 1 cup mixed berries, 1/2 cup lemon juice, and 1/4 cup honey. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes on high speed.
- Step 2: Strain the berry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing with a spoon to extract all liquid.
- Step 3: Add 1/2 cup bourbon whiskey to the pitcher and stir until fully combined.
- Step 4: Stir in 4 cups chilled ginger ale and 1/4 cup fresh mint, letting the mint infuse for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Step 5: Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving over ice with a mint sprig as garnish.
