Williams Pear Bourbon Sour

- 1.5 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Bosc pear liqueur
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Egg white
Instructions
- Step 1: Add 1.5 oz bourbon, 1 oz Bosc pear liqueur, 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 oz simple syrup to a shaker without ice.
- Step 2: Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds to emulsify.
- Step 3: Add ice cubes to the shaker, then shake hard for 15 seconds.
- Step 4: Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist and a single pear slice.
