Windows 10 Settings Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 12 oz beef sirloin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots
Instructions
- Step 1: Slice 12 oz beef sirloin thinly against the grain. Whisk 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp brown sugar, and 1 tsp sesame oil in a bowl.
- Step 2: Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat until smoking. Add 1 tbsp oil and sear beef for 1-2 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
- Step 3: In the same skillet, stir-fry 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbsp grated ginger for 30 seconds until aromatic.
- Step 4: Add 2 cups broccoli florets and 1 cup sliced carrots, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Step 5: Return beef to the skillet, pour in the sauce mixture, and toss constantly for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats ingredients evenly.
