  2. Step 2: Pat 8 oz salmon fillets dry and place skin-side down in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat; cook for 5 minutes until skin is crisp.
  3. Step 3: Brush half the miso glaze over the salmon, flip, and cook for 3 more minutes until the glaze is glossy and bubbling.
  4. Step 4: Steam 4 cups bok choy in a steamer basket for 3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Step 5: Plate the salmon over steamed bok choy, drizzle with remaining glaze, and sprinkle with 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds.
