Za'atar-Spiced Flatbread with Olive Oil

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp za'atar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine 1 cup warm water, 1 packet yeast, and 1/4 tsp sea salt. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Step 2: Add 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp za'atar, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp sea salt. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Step 3: Knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Step 4: Preheat oven to 450°F. Divide dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into 8-inch circles. Brush with remaining 1 tbsp za'atar mixed with 1 tsp olive oil.
- Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Sprinkle with coarse salt while warm.
