Each measures 16.5 x 11.875 x 0.625-inches and fits perfectly inside the Half Sheet Pan (#31813) with Half Sheet Baking Mat (#60000), each sold separately, to elevate foods for more even cooking and crisp results. The cross-wire weave keeps smaller items secure so they won't crumble or fall through, while the reinforced frame and footed base provide sturdy support for heavier baking pans and casseroles and won't scratch surfaces. Made from sturdy 3.6-millimeter chrome-plated steel wire, each rack is oven safe (up to 500-degrees Fahrenheit).
