This sheet cake baking pan is perfect for full depth sheet cakes, lasagnas and bars, with its 2 inch sides. Turns out perfect results every time. Aluminum is reactive to the acids in certain foods such as vinegar and tomato products which may darken, pit or corrode the pan.
