Meal Prep Planner — Cook Once, Eat All Week

Pick 1–3 meal-prep recipes, set how many portions of each, and we'll consolidate every ingredient into one Instacart cart at your preferred retailer. Batch on Sunday in a 1–2 hour session; eat all week. Track per-portion macros, build a Sunday-prep timeline, and send the full shopping list straight to Instacart.

Pick recipes from the guides below, then one tap aggregates the full week into a single Instacart cart.

Start here — featured meal-prep recipes

Top-rated batch-cook recipes from the AislePrompt catalog — each cooks in a single Sunday session and portions cleanly across 4–5 containers. Add any to your plan, set portions, and send to Instacart.

What the planner does that /meal-prep doesn't

Use the meal-prep guides (High-Protein Recipes, Low-Carb, Vegetarian Recipes, Budget) to discover batch-cook recipes for the week, then build your weekly plan here. The planner scales portions across 1–3 recipes so the macros and ingredient totals fit 4–7 servings per recipe, deduplicates shared ingredients (two recipes calling for half an onion become one onion on the cart, not two), and sends the whole week to a single Instacart cart at your preferred retailer in one tap.

Use it on Sunday: pick the recipes for the week's batch, set portions, send the consolidated grocery list to Instacart for same-day delivery, then cook through the bundle in a 90–120 minute session and portion into containers (refrigerate 4 days, freeze for longer).

How it works

  1. Pick 1–3 recipes from the meal-prep guides linked above.
  2. Set portions per recipe (default 5 — the planner scales every ingredient quantity for you).
  3. The planner deduplicates ingredients across the bundle and shows a per-portion macro summary (calories, protein, carbs, fat).
  4. Tap "Send to Instacart" — the consolidated cart opens at your preferred retailer (Walmart, Target, Costco, others).
  5. Cook the bundle in one Sunday session, portion into containers, eat all week.
