Cheesy Pizza Quesadillas with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup corn kernels
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place 2 whole wheat tortillas in the skillet and spread 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over half of each tortilla.
- Step 2: Spoon 1/4 cup tomato sauce and 1/4 cup corn kernels over the cheese on each tortilla. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp dried oregano.
- Step 3: Fold tortillas in half, pressing gently. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted, flipping once with a spatula.
- Step 4: Repeat with remaining tortillas, sauce, and cheese. Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve immediately.
