Cilantro-Lime Ground Beef Taco Bowl with Avocado

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup bell peppers
- 1/4 cup onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup diced onion and 1/2 cup diced bell peppers, cooking for 4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Step 2: Add 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add 1 lb ground beef, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp chili powder, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Break up the meat and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
- Step 4: Stir in 2 tbsp lime juice and 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, cooking for 1 minute to combine.
- Step 5: Slice 1 avocado and serve the taco meat topped with avocado slices.
