Clear Chicken Noodle Soup with Fresh Dill

Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 lb, thinly sliced Chicken breast
- 2 oz Egg noodles
- 1, thinly sliced Carrot
- 2 stalks, thinly sliced Celery
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp, chopped Fresh dill
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Bring 4 cups chicken broth to a simmer in a large pot over medium heat.
- Step 2: Add 1 lb thinly sliced chicken breast, 1 thinly sliced carrot, 2 thinly sliced celery stalks, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Step 3: Stir in 2 oz egg noodles and cook for 8 minutes until tender.
- Step 4: Remove from heat. Stir in 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 5: Let sit for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld, then serve hot.
