Garlic Rice Pilaf with Fresh Parsley

Ingredients
- 2 cups long-grain white rice
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves, minced garlic
- 1/4 cup, chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Melt 3 tbsp butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly to prevent browning.
- Step 2: Add 2 cups long-grain white rice, stirring to coat evenly; cook for 1 minute until rice edges become translucent.
- Step 3: Pour in 3 cups chicken broth, add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper, bring to a simmer, cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 18-20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid absorbed. Fluff with a fork and stir in 1/4 cup chopped parsley.
