  1. Step 1: Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 medium thinly sliced cabbage and 2 julienned carrots, stirring to combine. Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1/4 cup water until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables in the skillet, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for 3 minutes until the sauce thickens and glazes the vegetables.
  4. Step 4: Remove from heat and garnish with 2 sliced green onions.
