Maple-Glazed Chicken Thighs with Rosemary

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 1.5 lbs chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then season with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Step 3: Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 2 tbsp fresh rosemary to the skillet, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 4: Stir in 3 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp lemon juice, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 10 minutes, basting occasionally with the glaze.
- Step 5: Continue cooking for 5 more minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly, then remove from heat.
