Miso-Caramelized Peach Sushi Rolls

  2. Step 2: Add peach wedges to sauce, turning to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until peaches are glossy and edges are caramelized.
  3. Step 3: Lay a nori quarter shiny-side down on a bamboo mat. Spread 1/4 cup sushi rice evenly over nori, leaving 1-inch border at top.
  4. Step 4: Place 3 caramelized peach wedges horizontally on rice, then roll tightly using the mat, pressing gently to seal.
  5. Step 5: Slice each roll into 3 pieces, arrange on a plate with wasabi and pickled ginger on the side.
