One-Pan Garlic Shrimp with Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
- 1 lb (peeled and deveined) shrimp
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves (minced) garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup (chopped) fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup (chopped) fresh basil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 (cut into wedges) lemon
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp, 4 minced garlic cloves, and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink and opaque, stirring occasionally.
- Step 2: If using, add 1/2 cup dry white wine and simmer for 2 minutes to reduce.
- Step 3: Stir in 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1/4 cup chopped basil, salt, and pepper to taste. Add 2 cups cooked pasta and toss until well coated and heated through.
- Step 4: Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
