One-Pan Ground Beef and Vegetable Skillet with Herbs

Ingredients
- 12 oz Ground beef
- 1 cup Bell peppers
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 2 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 12 oz ground beef and 1/2 cup diced onion, breaking up the beef with a spoon. Cook for 5 minutes until browned.
- Step 2: Add 1 cup diced bell peppers, 1 cup sliced mushrooms, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Step 3: Stir in 1 tsp chopped rosemary, 1 tsp chopped thyme, 2 tbsp coconut aminos, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes until flavors meld and sauce thickens.
- Step 4: Serve hot directly from the skillet.
