  1. Step 1: Press tofu for 30 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into 1-inch cubes. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Step 2: Whisk together 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, and 2 minced garlic cloves in a bowl.
  3. Step 3: Heat 1 tbsp of the glaze mixture in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add tofu in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Step 4: Pour remaining glaze over tofu, cook for 1 more minute while stirring to coat. Remove from heat and sprinkle with 3 sliced scallions and 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds.
